Led the UX design initiative for the development of the Flexiform platform, establishing the core user experience and interaction patterns from concept to launch. Collaborated with the Project Manager, stakeholders, developers, and end users to define foundational workflows, validate design decisions through research, and create a scalable experience that would support future platform enhancements.

Field surveyors often work in areas with poor internet connectivity.
Project managers lack real-time visibility into survey completion and field activity.
Data reporting is fragmented and requires manual consolidation.
Advanced survey logic is difficult to implement without technical expertise.

These issues slow research operations and reduce data quality.
