Exsight- Client requested the addition of HRIS and Finance modules to our Flexiform software. The HRIS module includes detailed attendance tracking with overtime requests, tardiness, leave management, task creation and monitoring. The Finance module features cash advance management, with future enhancements for liquidation and payroll processing

Led the UX design for the expansion of the Flexiform platform by introducing HRIS and Finance modules. Collaborated with the Project Manager, stakeholders, and developers to integrate new business workflows into the existing product while preserving a consistent, scalable, and intuitive user experience across the platform.

Process & Responsibilities

Collaborated with stakeholders to define requirements for the HRIS and Finance modules.
Conducted stakeholder and user interviews to understand operational workflows and business needs.
Evaluated the existing platform to identify opportunities for seamless feature integration.
Designed user flows for new HRIS and Finance functionalities.
Managed and supported the design team to ensure consistency with the platform's design standards.
Worked closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation and technical feasibility.
Conducted usability testing to validate new features and improve the user experience.
Refined designs based on usability findings, stakeholder feedback, and implementation considerations.

ROLE:

PROBLEM STATEMENT - ExSight is an enterprise business platform designed to streamline internal operations through digital workflows. As organizations expanded their use of the platform, clients requested additional capabilities beyond its existing functionality, specifically, integrated Human Resource Information System (HRIS) and Finance modules.

Rather than adopting separate HR and accounting software, the goal was to extend the existing Flexiform ecosystem into a unified platform where employees, managers, HR teams, and finance personnel could manage workforce and financial processes in one place.

The project focused on designing two new enterprise modules:

HRIS – Attendance, leave management, overtime, task management, and employee self-service
Finance – Cash advance requests with a roadmap for liquidation and payroll processing
